- Preparation of Design Progress Reports for the Customer
- Evaluation of design solutions, issue of comments and control of corrective actions, so far as it concerns:
- compliance of design solutions with industrial safety regulations, regulatory and technical documents as required by the Customer
- compliance of design solutions with Technical assignment requirements
- compliance of design solutions with the requirements of environmental protection norms and rules as required by the Customer
- compliance of design solutions with state-of-the-art hydrocarbon processing technologies
- Check out of design and estimate documentation for compliance with cost estimation rules effective in the project country
- Prompt development, issue for approval by the General Designer of the required technical solutions in respect of the design corrections and changes
- Drafting and issue to the General Designer of recommendations and proposals intended for improvement of functional reliability and safety of the operating facilities (incl. personal experience in commissioning of similar facilities and equipment)
